NEW Custom Charges for EU/UK Customers

Due to the new VAT laws, customers are responsible for all import charges. 

If you live in the EU/UK, you are now liable to pay all extra import fees upon your parcel entering your country. Loveloomi will not collect import duties/taxes during checkout. 

Please be aware that as a buyer you will be responsible for import duties/fees that will need to be paid upon delivery. Unfortunately, we have no control over these fees as customs policies differ by country. If you have any questions about these fees, please contact your local customs agency.

If you are waiting on your package, please check your junk and spam folders for customs information so you can receive your package.

Please expect an additional 1-2 weeks for customs to clear your package, on top of the standard 4 week shipping time to your country from the US. 

Please be sure to pay these import fees and collect your package as quickly as possible so that your package will not be returned. If your package is returned to us, you will be required to pay the shipping cost if you would like us to resend the parcel.

If you would like a refund instead, you will receive a partial refund as you will not be reimbursed for the shipping cost.

By placing an order at loveloomi, you are responsible for original shipping charges, all applicable custom import fees, and the cost of return shipping back to loveloomi. This also applies to any packages that are refused by you upon delivery.

GERMANY SHIPPING

Unfortunately due to new packaging laws, we are currently pausing all shipments to Germany until we learn more about the new regulations that are set in place. We apologize the inconvenience.
